MUMBAI: Popular TV actress Dipika Kakkar Ibrahim rose to fame from her show Sasural Simar Ka where she played the titular role of Simar in the show. The actress was paired opposite Shoaib Ibrahim and the duo's jodi became an instant hit among the viewers.

Dipika and Shoaib fell in love with each other while they were shooting for the show. The couple dated for a few years and got married in a lavish ceremony in the year 2018 followed by a star-studded reception in Mumbai.
