MUMBAI: Prior to the lockdown, in January this year, we reported about Saurabh Tiwari planning to introduce a new show on Colors under the banner of Parin Multimedia.
The premise of the show will narrate how a girl falls head over heels in love with a boy but her brother will be in denial to accept the relationship and will be against it. We exclusively reported about Neha Marda being roped in as the female lead of the show. Neha is still remembered for her outstanding performances in shows like Balika Vadhu and Doli Armano Ki.
While there were reports about Shakti actor Vivian Dsena being approached as the male lead, the makers have zeroed down Sahil Uppal as the male lead of the show.
Sahil is known for his stint in shows like Pavitra Bandhan, Brahmarakshas — Jaag Utha Shaitan, Ek Shringaar-Swabhiman, Jeet Gayi Toh Piya Morey, Piyaa Albela and Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki among others.
