MUMBAI: The news of Sushant Singh Rajput has come as a shock to the entire nation.
We are already half year through and we have experienced innumerable deaths due to covid – 19. Among them, there are also deaths of celebrated personalities who have given up on life and committed suicide due to depression, illness and financial distress.

Now, popular television actors who were also siblings, Shreedhar and Jaya Kalyani resorted to suicide due to financial issues and loss of work amid the lockdown. Shreedhar and Kalyani were found dead by the police in their apartment in Chennai.
According to various media reports, the neighbours of the actors sensed a foul smell and called up the police out of suspicion. The bodies of the two actors have been sent to Stanley Hospital for post-mortem.
