Actor Karan Anand explained the importance of Yoga in his life

Here we are talking about fitness freak Bollywood actor Karan Aanand, who is fond of yoga, gym, meditation, and Pranayam and follows this routine every day.

Actor Karan Aanand spoked about the importance of Yoga in his life through a video by saying "Best wishes to everyone on Yoga Day, Yoga has contributed a lot in my life. On the work front, His first Bollywood movie was 'Gunday', followed by 'Kick', where his action scenes were much appreciated, But he truly received recognition for his spy-act in 'Baby'. Recently, he had a cameo in Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Calendar Girls'.
