MUMBAI: Kamal Haasan is one among a few multifaceted veteran artists in India, who never misses a chance to appreciate the younger generation of actors.
Most recently, a video of the talented actor, Ashwin Kumar went viral. In the said video, he imitated Haasan's intricate dance moves in the song, Annathhe Aaduraar from the iconic box office superhit film, Apoorva Sahodharangal. The exactitude with which Kumar aced the dance moves on a moving treadmill stunned the netizens and within a few days, the video went viral.
Soon enough, Haasan chanced upon the video and couldn't resist applauding Kumar. He took to his social media handle to say that every artist doubts whether his work has reached the audience in the correct sense and manner and with this video he no longer has that uncertainty. He noticed that even the tiniest of his dance moves were perfectly recreated by Ashwin.
The legend remarked that the video felt like one of the greatest tributes and that he is proud of Ashwin like a father would be of his son. He concluded with the wish for his next generation to go beyond his benchmarks.
