Disha Parmar seeks acting knowledge from Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan and Aishwarya Rai’s movies

Disha Parmar, who has bagged the meaty role of Pankhudi in Rajshri Productions’ show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara on Star Plus, chose acting over her studies, as she did not want to lose an opportunity of being a part of the huge Rajshri banner. Said Disha, “There were no big preparations as such, but after shooting for the pilot I was asked to watch plenty of Madhuri Dixit Nene’s movies. The idea was to check very minutely her acting style and the manner in which she connected with the audience.” “Apart from Madhuri, Vidya Balan’s Parineeta and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Devdas were the movies I looked up to. The way they enacted their roles, their eye expressions, every movement of theirs was watched by me with curiosity”, signed off Disha merrily.
