MUMBAI: On June 14, 2020, the news of Sushant Singh Rajput's death shook one and all. The Kai Po Che actor reportedly committed suicide at his residence.
He did not leave behind a suicide note, creating a mystery as to why he took such a drastic step. Among all, it was his ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande who appeared to be the most devastated.
She visited his home in Bandra to meet his family and appeared to be deeply affected. She went off social media as well, except to post her tribute to SSR a month after his death.
Ankita and Sushant were in a relationship for several years and were going to get married. It was on the sets of their serial Pavitra Rishta that cupid struck between the two. However, destiny had something else planned. They parted ways and moved on with their respective lives.
Yesterday, an FIR was filed against Rhea in the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
Former girlfriend Ankita Lokhande has now posted a cryptic tweet that says, 'Truth wins'.
Finally, Ankita has reacted to new development indirectly, and as per media reports, she was the one who gave the family information about how Sushant was side-lined and ill-treated by his close associates.
Well, it's good to see people close to him raising their voice for the case and demanding justice for the late actor.
