MUMBAI: The financial angle in the SSR’s case has become a crucial point of investigation as the ED has stepped into the case and is investigating it. 

On Friday, Rhea was questioned for about 8.5 hours by the ED officials. Her brother Showik Chakraborty was questioned on Friday and Saturday and will be questioned today also. 

The ED will be also interrogating Rhea’s dad and will be looking into his income. 

Over both days, Showik was questioned for almost 23 hours at the ED office and today will be his third visit.

The ED will be looking into all the investments and transactions that have happened. 

As per media reports, Rhea's statements don’t match that of her CA and they are contradicting each other. On that basis, the actress is being interrogated. 

Even Shruti Modi will be interrogated today by the ED officials. 

Well, as we said earlier, this is just the beginning. Rhea has to face a lot more questions and interrogation.
