MUMBAI: Finally, the hearing in Supreme Court has begun. It is hearing the plea of Rhea in the transfer of the SSR case to Mumbai Police.
Representing Rhea Chakraborty at the SC, advocate Shyam Diwan argued that there was a delay in the filing of the FIR and said that the FIR had nothing to do with Patna.
The actress' counsel also alleged that there was an apprehension of bias due to the considerable interference by the state (Bihar).
Further, advocate Shyam Diwan argued that Rhea Chakraborty would not get justice if the case was not transferred from the hands of the Patna police to the Mumbai police.
