MUMBAI: Finally, the apex court of India, SC has given its verdict with regard to the SSR case and the transfer of the probe. The investigation will now be carried by only the CBI and there will be no intervention by the Mumbai Police.
The CBI is known to have one of the best forensic teams, and they will be looking into the post-mortem reports. They will be taking the advice of AIMMS as well.

A team of 5 to 6 people have been formed to investigate the case, as the CBI have only seven days in hand before they appeal to the BMC for quarantine exemption.

Top forensic doctor, Sudhir Gupta is part of the CBI SIT team who will be investigating Sushant’s death case. Sudhir Gupta was the forensic expert in Sunanda Pushkar’s case as well.

Since the actor has already been cremated, the forensic and autopsy reports are very crucial in this case.
The forensic team will determine whether this was a suicide or a homicide and will investigate every angle in this case.
