MUMBAI: The CBI has begun its investigation, and as days are passing by, there are more and more revelations coming to light.

As per India Today, here are a few developments in the SSR case to date.

1. As days are passing by, the SSR case is intensifying. The CBI has grilled almost seven close aides of SSR including his staff Dipesh Sawant, Siddarth Pithani, and Neeraj. Today, SSR and Rhea’s accountants were grilled, and soon, Samuel Miranda and Sandip Ssingh will be summoned.

2. The contradicting statements of the eye witnesses are something the CBI is looking at, and they will be soon interrogating Siddarth, Neeraj, and Dipesh together so that they can get a sense of what happened on June 13th and 14th 2020.

3. AIIMS will be submitting their reports on Friday, and they will be looking into the homicide angle and won’t be looking at this case as a suicide.

4. The CBI will also be conducting a psychological autopsy of the actor to understand his mental condition before he passed away.

5. Today, after the discovery of the drug angle, the Narcotics Department will also be stepping into this probe, and major revelations can be made.
