MUMBAI: Shekhar Suman has been following Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case very closely right from the start. Time and again Suman has taken to Twitter to keep all the SSR fans up-to-date about his death case and asked his fans to not let their spirit down and continue to seek justice for Sushant Singh Rajput and his family. But however, Shekhar Suman feels that the investigation has gone in a different direction. Rather than investigating Sushant and Disha Salian’s ‘murder’, CBI and others are busy investigating the ‘drug-angle’.
Taking to Twitter, Suman said that drugs and death are not connected. What is connected if ‘Sushant and Disha’s murder’. The actor further says both the deaths should be probed on priority before it’s too late. In his series of Tweets, he began to write, “The CBI has got a lot of 'Dope' on ev one but they will reveal it only when the time comes till then we have to keep guessing who the culprits are. #ReportForSSR,” “It's not that easy to crack the case which is becoming more and more difficult ev day.i told you guys only but some begged to differ. The drug is taking precedence over a murder. Sushant and Disha have been sidelined.we need to just probe the murder angle,” read his tweet further.

Shekhar Suman recently spoke to ETimes and asked everyone to have patience. He said if Rhea is guilty then we should let CBI do its job and prove her guilty. Suman told the portal, “Now that the CBI has moved in, give them a fair chance to investigate. And if Rhea is innocent then let the CBI prove it. They are doing the job diligently. Unfortunately, they have come like 70 days too late. So I think there is a bit of a spot in the sense that the evidence might've been obliterated or taken care of. So it's going to be an uphill task for the CBI. And then from the locksmith to all the other characters who popped up later, why weren’t they interrogated before? What was the Mumbai police doing? So it's not going to be easy for the CBI, but they're on the right trail and they're doing a fairly good job of it.”
