MUMBAI: The SSR death probe led the ED to the drug chats between Rhea and Jaya, which then led to the arrest of Rhea and Showik and exposed the drug business in B-town. 

As per Republic Bharat, during Showik’s interrogation, he had mentioned of a drug peddler known as Anuj Keshwani. Keshwani was questioned by the NCB and he mentioned Abigail Pande’s and Sanam Johar’s names. 

After that the NCB had conducted raids at their residence and found 1 kg of drugs, and post that they were summoned by the NCB, as per reports suggested by Republic.

Yesterday the couple was questioned for over eight hours, and today also as we speak, they are being grilled by the NCB. 

Sanam had yesterday said that he has nothing to do with the drug cartel case but the raids at his residence give another story. 

Meanwhile, two more names from TV world have been mentioned in the probe.  

In other news, Sara Khan and Angad Hasija will be joining the probe soon.
