MUMBAI: It's true that Leh, Ladakh, became a tourist hotspot soon after the release of Aamir Khan's "3 Idiots". It gave a huge boost to the tourism industry of the union territory, but there is no denying that this huge crowd somewhere destroyed its beauty too. But if you ask anyone, there once in a lifetime dream is to go on a road trip to Ladakh. Well, 19-year-old actor Bhavesh Kumar is no different and he got a chance to fulfill this wish while shooting for his forthcoming movie "Hawayein".He even said that the beauty of Leh, Ladakh, is incomparable.
Bhavesh said, "As an actor, I have traveled to many places in India, but I loved Leh, Ladakh. The atmosphere is so unique and it can’t be seen anywhere else. Like if we compare Ladakh with Goa, Goa has beautiful beaches but you can find similar beaches around the world, but the beauty of Leh, Ladakh can’t be seen anywhere else."
"The first time I visited Ladakh was when I was shooting for my film 'Hawayein'. I stayed there for 15-20 days. As a kid, I used to hear people say that bachelors go on a road trip to Ladakh on their bikes, and guess what I was able to fulfill my childhood dream. My favourite place there would be Pangong lake, where the climax scene of '3 Idiots' was shot," he added.
Lucky guy, isn't he? Well, Bhavesh made his Bollywood debut with "P Se Pyaar F Se Faraar" in 2019. He is awaiting the release of his adventure road trip movie "Hawayein" which got delayed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. 27th September is world tourism day and our our country is a paradise for tourism.
