Bollywood drug nexus probe: Seven topmost stars of Bollywood to be questioned by NCB

More and more big stars will join the probe.

MUMBAI: The SSR death probe led the ED to the drug chats between Rhea and Jaya, which then led to the arrest of Rhea and Showik and exposed the drug business in Bollywood. 

Since the last few days, many big names have cropped up in the drug case, which has shocked the entire nation and the Bollywood industry. 

Now, as per CNN NEWS 18, seven well-known Bollywood stars will be questioned by the NCB, and the summons will be sent in the next forty-eight hours. 

The NCB will summon them on the basis of evidence and the statement recorded by the people who have been questioned by the agency.

Who these top stars are is unknown, but four renowned producers are in the list. 

Rhea and her brother Showik, SSR’s staff Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant, and Dharma Production’s aide Kshitij Prasad have been arrested by NCB under the NDPS act. 

The NCB has been given six months to file the charge sheet in the drug cartel case, and more summons are expected to be sent to the biggies of Bollywood.
