Mahhi Vij (Nakusha of Laagi Tujhse Lagan) is yet another leading lady who is facing the usual ‘daily serial’ problem of tight shooting schedules with no rest. Vij is running a high fever but is not taking adequate rest. She says, “I had been to my doctor. But I am not getting any rest due to back to back shooting. Suddenly I had high temperature yesterday. Today I informed my production house I will come late and they allowed me to. I took an injection to recover faster. But my doctor has advised me to go for a malaria test. If we pack up early today then I will go for it in the evening. Otherwise I will have to wait till tomorrow.” She adds, “The doctor has given me medicine for temporary relief. But I can’t afford to take rest as I have to shoot. Thankfully today’s sequence does not require me to look fresh so it is fine. I cannot take an off now as next week I am planning to take three days leave for my birthday.” It could be that the change in location from Colaba to Mira Road (where mosquitoes breed more) has caused her grief. She says, “I have no clue about the reason behind my fever but I am feeling very low at this moment and it seems difficult for me to shoot for longer hours.” The actress is getting a year younger on April 1 and she is hoping to recover in time to celebrate her birthday. She had earlier planned to bring in her birthday in Goa but she had to cancel it for some reasons.
