MUMBAI: Early in the day, we broke the news about Star Bharat’s Akbar Ka Bal Birbal and Gangs of Filmistaan, which launched sometime back most likely going off air (Read here: Star Bharat most likely to pull the plug on Gangs of Filmistaan and Akbar Ka Bal Birbal)
Now, we hear that Star Bharat will once change the genre of its new fiction offering Gupta Brothers Chaar Kunware from Ganga Kinaare.
The story is about self-reliant brothers who are enjoying their bachelorhood and do not feel the need to get married. The show which is a slice of life dramedy and stars Hiten Tejwani essaying the character of an eligible bachelor Shiv Gupta. Produced by Mahesh Pandey productions, the ensemble cast also includes names like Sonal Vengulkar, Parineeta Borthakur, Satya Tiwari, Akash Mukherjee, Meet Mukhi and Rinku Dhawan.
Well, initially the show was touted to be a family drama however the channel decided to go the revamp way and changed the genre to dramedy (comedy drama).
However, as per the latest development, we hear the Gupta Brothers has once again switched the genre from comedy drama to family drama.
The show lead Hiten Tejwani has shared a new promo of the show which reveals the new big twist in the show. Take a look!
