Karan Singh Grover is Karan Wahi's "fitness guru"

We spotted some girls who were drooling while watching Colors’ Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. When we observed closely we learnt that they were relishing the new brawny avatar of TV heartthrob Karan Wahi. Yes, if you guys have noticed, of late, Karan looks really fit and muscular. And this young lad impressed one and all with his spirited performance in last week’s episode of Jhalak wherein he performed on the title track of Bodyguard. Salman Khan was present on the sets and he praised Karan to the sky. Salman also said that Karan has a lean and beefy body. Shared Karan: “I was glad when Salman bhai appreciated my dance and said that in spite of having a muscular body I am flexible enough. I have always idolized Salman bhai. I just love the way he has maintained his physique over many years. These days because of dance I have been told not to gym. I spend 8 to 9 hours in dance rehearsals.” And guess what? The muscular and super sexy Karan Singh Grover is Wahi’s role model and mentor. “I would like to give all the credit to none other than Karan Singh Grover. He is my fitness role model as he's the one who inculcated the good eating habit in me. I used to eat a lot of junk food. He always stopped and later prepared a diet chat for me. I am very thankful to him. He is my true buddy from the TV industry. If I need any kind of help he is always there to help.” So is he helping you in your dance as even he was a part of the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa? “We both are very busy with shoots. But he had texted me after watching my first performance saying that he loved my dance and he wants me to win the show. It was very kind of him,” concluded Wahi.
