Tellychakkar.com had already reported about the finale of Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol 6 being star-studded with Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra gracing the show for the promotion of their upcoming movie Barfee. It’s been reported that Kareena Kapoor, too will be making an appearance along with her cousin Ranbir Kapoor.
This week’s episode which will be a preview to the finale will be graced by Dharmendra and Hema Malini. And on this Saturday, 25 August 2012, talented singers Benny Dayal, Shilpa Rao, Shraddha Pandit and Akriti Kakkar will motivate the finalists of Indian Idol 6 by singing songs sung by them.
We hear that Shilpa Rao’s sensational singing along with Vipul Mehta on the number ‘Khuda Jaane’ is going to be one of the bests of the evening. Also Benny Dayal will be singing ‘Tarkeebein’ from the movie Band Baaja Baraat. Shraddha Sharma will sing the famous ‘Pehli Pehli Baar Baliye’ from the movie Sangharsh with Devendra Singh. Akriti Kakkar will sing ‘Marjaani’ along with Amit Kumar.
The episode next week on 31 August 2012 will be graced by Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar for the promotional activity of their upcoming flick OMG Oh My God. Also, singer Kailash Kher will be premiering his new album and will perform and entertain the audience too.
