Like her counterparts in Bollywood, Ishita Vyas, who plays Rubina in Ruk Jaana Nahin, even considers herself so important that she doesn’t find it right to talk to the media directly. On the contrary, she makes use of her associate to talk to the scribes.
Recently, when we contacted Ishita, she simply handed over the phone to her business manager Vijay who started giving quotes on her behalf. In fact, we wanted to confirm the buzz going on around that her character would be killed in the Star Plus show soon.
Confirming the development, Vijay said, “It’s true but it might happen towards this weekend.” He further informed that the death will not mean the end of Ishita’s negative track, “they still might have sequences of her,” he added. He also did not rule out a possibility of her come back,“ that depends on the writers.”
Vijay added that Ishta is very happy with her journey so far in this Play Time Creations show. “Having enacted a lot of meaty roles, this contract helped her grab a role in the upcoming film Oh My God (OMG) with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.”
Remind Vijay that Ruk Jaana Nahin was really not rocking the TRP charts and he blames the low numbers on the early evening 6.30 pm slot. “But the current track, that will culminate in Rubina’s murder, has seen the ratings go up by a 0.1 TVR.”
