MUMBAI: Vanraj Shah in Rajan Shahi's "Anupamaa" cannot take a woman dictating terms in his life, especially not his wife Anupamaa who has started to take charge of her life. He is not one to suffer defeat at the hands of a woman. And while Kavya is pressurising him to divorce Anupamaa, Anupamaa's carefree attitude towards him is hurting his male ego every day.
Kavya had decorated the whole house to celebrate Diwali with Vanraj, but her constant nagging of separating from Anupamaa makes Vanraj react. But while he tries to calm her down, he annoys her even more, and eventually storms out of the house.
Meanwhile in the Shah house everyone is ready to celebrate Diwali and also conduct puja, but Vanraj is missing. He is having a conversation with Kavya and is blaming her for all the things going haywire in his life. And suddenly he realises that he is late for puja at home.
