Shweta Gautam to feature in Savdhan India

Tellychakkar.com had recently written about Shweta Gautam’s entry in Channel V’s The Buddy Project, produced by Sunshine Productions. We now get to hear that the actress is presently shooting for an episodic of Life OK’s Savdhan India. The real life story is about the kidnappings that happened all over Delhi in the year 1997 for ransom. The story is about a couple whose life is a bed of roses after marriage. But things turn bad with the kidnap of the husband and this is when the wife, who is quite open-minded in her thoughts, decides to take it upon herself to get her husband back. Shweta Gautam essays the role of the wife who is strong from within and does not break down when her husband gets kidnapped. When contacted, Shweta confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am shooting for Savdhan India. And this is the first time I shoot for this show. It is a very gripping story, and I appear without makeup all throughout the episodic.” Avinash Sahijwani will essay the role of the husband. This particular episode produced by Rowdy Rascals will be aired on 3 October 2012.
