MUMBAI: Rajan Shahi's show Anupamaa has been topping the hearts and TRP charts with its outstanding storyline and power-packed performances starring Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey in the lead roles.
The show has been doing very well on the TRP charts and completed over 100 episodes recently. The storyline which initially focused on Sudhanshu Pandey’s character Vanraj having an extra marital affair went on to engage the audience to a higher level its drama on how his wife Anupama learns about this and her deciding to take a stand for herself by achieving newer heights by pursuing her aspirations which she had kept lying low to fulfil her responsibilities towards her family.
Well, with the entire drama now taking a huge twist with Vanraj meeting with an accident and Anupama being present there to take care of him despite his betrayal, we got chatty with Sudhanshu to know his take on the entire sequence and his experience filming for this scene.
In an exclusive conversation with Sudhanshu, he revealed, “The message which very strongly comes across here is that your family will always remain the main foundation of your existence and whenever you are in the deepest of a situation, it will be your own family who is going to stand by you. My experience shooting for this sequence has been very good. From the time the cameras were rolling we were having a lot of fun. I have a habit of joking around and there is Rupali (Ganguly), Paras (Kalnawat), Alpana (Buch) who make for a great team. Especially when we have to shoot for sequences like these, work becomes a lot more fun off-camera. We also keep making fun videos too on the set.”
