Aakriti Sharma to play Ganga in Peninsula Pictures’ next

MUMBAI: Peninsula Pictures is one of the production houses who are entertaining television viewers with shows based on different genres. From fantasy based to supernatural and mythological, they are proving their versatility. The production house is helmed by talented duo Alind Srivastava and Nissar Parvej.

After bringing popular shows on TV like Vishkanya, Mayavi Maling, Paramavatar Shri Krishna, Vish:A Poisonous Story, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha, Dev and currently producing Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga and Hero on Sony SAB, the production house is rolling out a new mythological show titled Ganga on an upcoming channel Ishara TV.

TellyChakkar exclusively learnt that popular young artist Aakriti Sharma, who is known for her stint in Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala, has been roped in to play the lead role of Ganga in the show.

We could not get through Aakriti for a comment.

Along with Peninsula Pictures other production houses namely Juggernaut Productions, Key Light Productions, and Hats off Productions are also rolling out shows for Ishara TV.
