MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie started on a good note with the story of Imlie and how she is forced to marry a journalist after they seek shelter in a hut during heavy rains. On reaching the city, she realises that her husband is engaged to be married.
The show currently airs how Imlie is trying to adjust with the fact that Aditya is married and is also trying to hide the truth about her marriage with him from Malini. While Malini is being nice and has been encouraging her to pursue studies and other things, things are gradually getting complicated between them. Soon, the show is going to introduce yet another twist where Malini’s mother, Anu will visit her house for a few days.
Aditya will be aware that Anu does tend to misbehave and is immature and warns Malini about it as Imlie is naïve and innocent.
After Anu will be seen misbehaving with Imlie, Aditya will put his foot down and will ask Malini to stop her mother and will tell her that she cannot understand the problems of middle class people and what they go through in their daily lives.
