Offers from television and films are pouring in for Monica Bedi and Rahul Mahajan afterBigg Boss 2. Recently, they were even approached to participate in the new season of the famous dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa . But both snubbed Jhalak…in favour of other reality shows. A well placed source informs, “Rahul and Monica were approached to participate in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa but both did not agree to do the show. Monica was contemplating on taking it up. But she had a film and another reality show in her kitty that did not leave her with sufficient dates to do this show.” Monica says, “ Jhalak Dikhla Jaa is one of the best shows we have on television. I would have loved to be a part of it. I am grateful to Sony channel for approaching me. I had already committed myself to a film and a reality show. I tried to tackle my dates for the show but it did not work out.” Stating his reason for snubbing Jhalak..., Rahul said, “I am judging Chote Miya on Colors. I was not comfortable participating in one reality show when I am judging another reality show at the same time. I was a participant in Bigg Boss 2 as well. Now I want to move on from being a mere participant. Also, I am more of a comedy person than a dance person so I preferred to judge a comedy show. How could I participate in Jhalak... when I have no clue about dancing? Sometimes, you have to make choices in life.” It’s about time you made your choice Rahul!
