Here’s how Mohit pacified his onscreen daughter Aakriti.

MUMBAI: Many shows come and go, but very few manage to make space in viewers’ hearts, and one of them is Gul Khan and Nilanjana P’s Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala.

The show came like a fresh breath of air on television for having a unique storyline, which instantly touched hearts of the masses. Though the show bid adieu to the audience, it is still being missed. (Read here: Parenthood is changing Addite and me into better human beings: Mohit Malik )

For actors, the other cast become like their second family. And such a bond is shared by Mohit Malik and on-screen daughter Aakriti Sharma, who played the titular role in the show.

Although the show isn’t on-air any more, the actors continue to share the same bond and make a point to keep the spark of their bonding alive by catching up with each other often.

Mohit posted a beautiful picture with Aakriti from his recent meeting with her. He met Aakriti to pacify her as she was angry with him for not talking to her when she had called him.

Along with the picture, Mohit wrote a heart-warming caption that read, "It was so wonderful to meet her after almost a year, as usual she was a bit upset as I couldn’t speak to her when she called a few days ago and ta..da.. I was there again pacifying her, giving her more and more love ...a deja vu moment or I say Sikandar-Kulfi moment ! I love you Aakriti . You are the best thing that has happened to me in so many ways I can’t explain. I can just say that you keep Sikandar alive in me."
