Ayesha Singh opens about her character Sai in GHKKPM, reveals if she connects with her role in real life or not 

Ayesha Singh gets candid about her onscreen character Sai.

MUMBAI: Ayesha Singh is currently seen in Star Plus's show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein. The actress plays the lead role of Sai on the show. Apart from Ayesha, Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma also play the lead roles of ACP Virat Chavan and Paakhi aka Patralekha in the popular drama series.

We all know that Ayesha's character Sai has become an instant hit among the viewers. Fans are loving her on-screen camaraderie with Neil and they make for a beautiful pair.

Well, in an exclusive interview with TellyChakkar, Ayesha got candid about her journey with the show till now and also spoke about her character Sai.

The viewers have seen Sai as a completely outspoken girl who stands by her views and never tolerates injustice.

On being asked Ayesha, if he is able to relate to her onscreen character Sai in real life and if she has any similarities, she said, ''Sai's character is a rare combination of good and bad. It's more real and relatable.''

Ayesha further said, ''I am completely different from Sai. I don't share many similarities with Sai except for honesty. I am very laid back, lazy, chilled out and forgiving.''

While Ayesha feels she is quite different from Sai but the way she has taken efforts to get into the skin of her character is applaud-worthy.

Ayesha has become a household name from the show in no time which has also helped her increase her fan-base.
