Will Raja Ki Aayegi Baarat bear the brunt?

Speculations are rife about the fate of Endemol’s Sabki Laadli Bebo that airs at 10 pm on Star Plus. The show will either wind up or will be placed in the afternoon slot of the channel. Buzz doing the rounds is that if the show is shifted to the afternoon slot then the show likely to be axed is Rashmi Sharma’s Raja ki Aayegi Baarat. Sharma in the meanwhile is all set to launch her second show on the channel. A source from Raja ki Aayegi Baarat says, “If the channel is planning to axe any of their afternoon shows it has to be ours as we have the lowest TRPs in the afternoon band. Hamari Devrani is doing better than us and as our contract ends in July it is quite possible that we are pulled off. We have been told that our show will run till the on-going track culminates which was to last for three to four months. The channel is well within their rights to end the show even before that. Also now that Rashmi is producing another show with the channel, it is quite possible that they end her first show.” Both Anjali Abrol and Kapil Nirmal, lead couple of the show remained unavailable for their comment. We also sent a text to Sharma but she didn’t revert.
