MUMBAI: Star Plus show Imlie is gearing up for an interesting drama.
It is seen that Malini is creating a huge drama in the college while the students rag Imlie and wash-off her sindoor. Malini returns home and creates another drama before the entire family by counting on Imlie. Consequently, Malini throws Imlie's sindoor dani and hands over her sindoor dani to the latter instead.
Malini acts violently as she taunts, scolds and yells at Imlie like never before, only because she applied sindoor again.
Aditya can't bear Imlie's sufferings' extent owing to their marriage's truth and thus, he stops Malini. Aditya bursts out in anger when Malini doesn't stop but keeps taunting Imlie to the core. Malini becomes an evil woman just like her mother Anu only to torture Imlie.
Aditya says enough to Malini's torture on Imlie and compels her to either stop her drama else he will forget his line. Furthermore, it will be seen that Aditya won’t be able to bear all what is happening around him and when he will be questioned by Aparna, he will have a breakdown. He will be compelled to reveal his truth of being married to Imlie!
Imlie narrates the tale of Imlie, a smart village belle, is forced to marry a journalist after they seek shelter in a hut during heavy rains. On reaching the city, she realises that her husband is engaged to be married.
