MUMBAI: With the surging cases of COVID-19 in India, everybody is requesting to be extra careful and cautious. From the governments to the local authorities to celebrities, everyone has taken charge to make people understand the gravity of the situation.
Now, Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla have also expressed concerns about the COVID 19 crisis.
Taking to their personal Twitter handles, Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Shukla expressed thoughts on the worsening situations due to COVID. While Shehnaaaz directly addressed the situation, Sidharth indirectly expressed his ‘sadness’ over the COVID pandemic.
Shehnaaz wrote, “I urge everyone to please stay at home, step out only if it is VERY IMPORTANT. Wear a mask and wash your hands with soap and take all necessary precautions.”.
“You can close your eyes to things you don’t wanna see, but it’s tough to close your heart to things you don’t want to feel.”, Sidharth Shukla wrote. With this tweet, the actor hinted towards the surging COVID cases in India, and the sufferings of the common man.
Previously, the actor had also shared his anger about people hoarding oxygen cylinders, injections and selling them at a double rate to make profits.
On the work front, Sidharth Shukla is all set to make his OTT debut with Sonia Rathee in Broken But Beautiful 3. On the other hand, Shehnaaz will be seen in an upcoming Punjabi movie with Diljit Dosanjh, titled - Honsla Rakh.
