MUMBAI: Star Plus show Anupamaa is a visual delight!
The show stars Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey in the lead roles and the other characters of the show are also seen in pivotal characters. While Rupali and Sudhanshu are seen as Anupamaa and Vanraj, Madalsa Sharma is seen as Kavya, the other woman in Vanraj’s life. Anagha Bhosle also happens to be a part of the show and is seen as Kavya’s niece Nandini and Samar’s girlfriend.
Well, the entire cast of the show bond extremely well with one another. We often see them sharing pictures on their social media handle and now we came across a video where Anagha and Madalsa recreated the ‘Piya Piya’ moment, a popular song from the 90’s featuring Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta from the movie Har Dil Jo Pyaar Karega.

Anupamaa is a show about Anupamaa, who parts with her ambitions and goals in a bid to raise her family, feels dejected when she fails to get any credit for her sacrifices and trials. She then decides to live on her own terms. The television series premiered on 13 July 2020 on Star Plus. Produced by Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions, it stars Rupali Ganguly in the titular role. Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Paras Kalnawat, Aashish Mehrotra, Muskaan Bamne, Arvind Vaidya, Alpana Buch, Nidhi Shah, Tasneem Sheikh are an integral part of the narrative.
It is based on Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee.
