MUMBAI: ZEE5 has been treating fans with some amazing content. Be it comedies or thrillers, we have seen everything on the platform. And now, ZEE5 is back again with another mindblowing project titled Sunflower, which is a crime comedy. This web series has actor-comedian Sunil Grover in the lead role. The cast includes actors like Ranvir Shorey, Girish Kulkarni, Shonali Nagrani, Sonal Jha, and Ashish Vidyarthi.
Today, the trailer of this much awaited thriller series was revealed during a press webinar. During this virtual press conference present were the leads of the show who spoke about their characters and the show.
Sunil Grover will be seen in a never seen before avatar. The actor is once again all set to impress the fans. Throwing light on his character and show, he said, "He will be seen playing a character named Sonu, who is a resident of this building called Sunflower, and how the situation changes after a murder is something amazing to see."
Talking about this web series, he said this is a very unique concept of crime with comedy. Fans will surely love this web show and laugh a lot, as this is a rollercoaster ride of crime with comedy.

Indeed, the trailer shows promise. Produced by Reliance Entertainment and Good Co., the series is written by Vikas Bahl and co-directed by Rahul Sengupta and Vikas Bahl.
Sunflower, a ZEE5 Original, is slated to premiere on 11th June 2021.
