According to the ongoing track, Sherlyn takes an urgent appointment in the hospital for her depleting health due to pregnancy, and on the other hand, Preeta and Shrishti take Sarla maa to the same hospital for her checkups. Sherlyn calls Prithvi to accompany her for the checkup.
While Preeta and Shrishti send Sarla maa for the tests, they come across Sherlyn's doctor. They overhear their conversation, but the major shock is that Prithvi is the father of the child and not Rishabh.
