WOW! Pooja Banerjee on her new version of Rhea in Kumkum Bhagya: The character will be something no one has ever seen on TV before

MUMBAI: Zee TV's show Kumkum Bhagya is working wonders on the small screens. 

The show has been successfully running for more than 7 years now and is still the favourite among the viewers. 

We have seen how Kumkum Bhagya has witnessed several twists and turn in the story. 

Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia play the lead roles of Abhi and Pragya on the show. 

Post the leap, Krishna Kaul, Pooja Banerjee and Mugdha Chaphekar are seen as the leads alongside Sriti and Shabir.

We all know that Kumkum Bhagya recently witnessed a leap where all the characters have completely changed.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Pooja Banerjee who spoke about her new look on the show and also what the viewers can expect from Rhea 2.0. 

Pooja said, ''Going forward, you’ll see Rhea as someone with an edgy, crazy, funky personality and she will always be on her own trip, in her own world. Rhea 2.0 is actually quite different from my personality and that makes me more excited to play this part. It will be a challenge, but I hope the audience will accept and love this new version of my character as much as they've loved Rhea so far.''

She further added, ''Her goth-like personality and care-free attitude will leave everyone surprised. The character will be something no one has ever seen on TV before, and it could really be one that sets me apart from the rest.''
