It was previously seen how from the beginning of the wedding, Shrikant keeps hinting to stop the wedding but Rajat still goes ahead. Later, Shrikant stops Rajat's wedding with Sonakshi while he is about to put sindoor in her hairline.
Shrikant says to Rajat that Sonakshi has already been married and this would be her second marriage. Rajat feels heartbroken and betrayed. He calls off the wedding. Sonakshi gets humiliated and decides to leave the venue.
In the upcoming episode, Sonakshi confronts Rajat's family to prove them wrong but now Shrikant has yet another proof against her. He reveals that Sonakshi has a daughter and he has documents that could prove who is the child’s father. Sonakshi is left stunned looking at the document.
