MUMBAI: The upcoming track of Star Plus popular serial Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein will showcase a heart wrenching twist.
It seems Sai falls much critical where she is in need of blood for donation. Looks like is Virat is the one who will be donating blood to Sai as he did for Kamal Joshi.
