Kshitee Jog to play a mother in distress in Life OK’s Savitri

Kshitee Jog who recently got married to actor Hemant Dhome is happy to get back to television after a brief break. Kshitee who was last seen in Star Plus’ Navya will play an important cameo role in Life OK’s upcoming show Savitri (produced by Flying Turtle Films founded by Shabbir Ahluwalia, Saket Sawnhey and Anil .V. Kumar) which is slated to launch on 18 February (2013). A certain section of the media has already reported about young lad Roshan Preet’s cameo in the show wherein he essays the role of Sarthak who commits suicide in the college after falling prey to ragging. Kshitee will play the young kid’s mother who is in deep distress after the untimely death of her son. When she gets to know that Sarthak has turned into a ghost and needs salvation, she gets in touch with the protagonist Savitri (Ridhi Dogra) who helps the mother in sensing the ghost’s problems. When contacted, Kshitee Jog confirmed the news saying, “Yes, mine is a cameo role in Savitri. It feels nice to get back after marriage.” We hear that Kshitee’s character will be introduced in the initial episodes. Watch this space for more updates.
