MUMBAI: Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the most loved couples in Bollywood. The power couple has been together for a while now and the duo never shies away from professing and expressing their love in public as well. So, naturally there has been a lot of speculation around their wedding for a long time now.

As per the latest rumours, the couple is all set to get married in December this year after wrapping up the last schedule of their first film together, Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. But in a recent conversation with Bollywood Life, Alia’s mother, Soni Razdan has given a statement about the possible impending wedding of her daughter with Ranbir.

Soni will soon be seen in Netflix’s show, Call My Agent, so she is currently busy in the show’s promotional activities and interviews. In one such interaction, when she was asked about Alia and Ranbir’s wedding, the veteran actress replied, “Even I don't know when it'll (the wedding) happen. Even I'm waiting for some information.”

When probed further, Soni said the wedding is a thing for the future for now when it comes to her daughter. “Well, there's a lot of time left. It'll happen some time in the future, and that's a long way off. Now, when it'll happen, I don't know. Maybe, you'll have to call Alia's agent for that (making a quippy reference to her web series), but even her agent might not know,” she quips.
