MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Abhimanyu and Akshara are winning hearts with their love.

Currently, Aarohi is all set to go to the hospital, while Ruby is already waiting in Abhimanyu's cabin to meet him. She keeps coming to the hospital for random reasons just to meet Abhi. She reveals that she is here because her heart wanted to get treated by Abhi. He asks her to leave but Ruby is adamant and Abhi ends up leaving the cabin letting her sit alone. Ruby is here to woo Abhi but is completely unaware that he loves Akshara and Aarohi is already set to lay eyes on him too. What will happen when all three ladies would come face to face?
Previously, Akshara leaves for the hospital to help Manjari and Neil to celebrate Abhimanyu's birthday. While leaving, Kairav stops her but she finally gets a chance to reach the hospital. Abhimanyu gets his first surprise with the staff members wishing him and then the family, the kids pull him to the new ward where the surprise is waiting for him and they finally see a smile on Abhimanyu's face. He gets elated seeing them dance for him and suddenly feels that Akshara is somewhere around him, she is right there on the stage hidden under the layer of makeup dying to see him smile. Just when he turns, Akshara tries to hide holding Neil.
Akshara finally escapes from the dance performance and she hides and watches the performance. She gives strength to Manjari to go up on the stage and perform for Abhimanyu. She sings her favourite song for him and Abhi is left in tears of joy. After she is done, he rushes to the stage and lifts her up. He is unable to express his happiness to her.
After cutting the cake, Harshvardhan tells Manjari that she has embarrassed him by singing on the stage. If it was not for Abhimanyu then he would have made sure to crush her passion for singing.
In the upcoming episode, Akshu hides in Abhimanyu's cabin behind the pile of gifts right when Ruby comes and tries to woo Abhimanyu. He shoves and tells her that he loves someone and even if she is not closer to him he will not stop loving her. He pushes Ruby out of the cabin. Akshara witnesses all of this and right when she tries to escape she falls in Abhi's arms. He caresses her hair and is left in joy seeing her.
