Karishma Tanna enters Sajan Re Jhooth Mat Bolo

She made you laugh in Comedy Circus- Maha Sangram. And now the long-legged beauty, Karishma Tanna is all set to tickle your funny bones in Sajan Re Jhooth Mat Bolo on SAB TV. She plays the main protagonist, Apoorva’s (Sumeet Raghvan) old friend. “Yes, Karishma is entering Sajan Re,” confirms Vipul Shah, the producer of the show. He further says, “According to the plot, Apoorva is all set to introduce his old friend, Kiran (Karishma) to his family. According to his description, the family assumes that Kiran is a guy. But they are shocked to find that Kiran is actually a girl. His wife Aarti (Mugdha Chapekar) is insecure by her presence and doubts her intentions.” Speaking more about Kiran’s character, Shah says, “Kiran is a very lively girl who is good at everything. She is also termed as ‘Miss Know-it-All’ and has everything that can make a housewife feel insecure. She basically has come to Apoorva seeking help for her relationship with her boyfriend.” But is she a permanent addition to the show? “For now, she is temporary. Currently, we intend to shoot 8-10 episodes with her. We shall take a final call after that,” concludes Shah.
