Hello everyone, this is Sahil Anand whom you’ll know as Jeet of Dharma Productions’ Student of the Year.
Today I am here to share a few experiences that I have had while doing the film.
At the outset, let me clarify that all talks that once you come on the big screen, he/she becomes famous and it’s a kind of easy job to get in there, is wrong. Guys, I had a real tough time to get to this position, but now after working with a brand like Dharma Productions, all the pain has washed away.

Let me tell you that getting into films is one big struggle and I am sure everybody will agree to the fact. Since I am very religious and believe in hard work, I feel that the combo of these two have helped me to come this far.
Modeling and acting amuses me a lot and I always had a desire to get into the glamour world of films. I am very much a fashion conscious man and always see to it that whatever I wear sets a trend by itself.
Talking about my career, all I can say is that it started with MTV Roadies Season 4. It is through this show that I got to show up my talent. Now let me talk to you about Student of the Year which I consider has been a stepping stone in the field of acting on screen. I always considered Karan Johar as being ‘God-The maker of finest movies’. And, getting a break in his film was like achieving my ultimate goal.
The shooting process went on for a year and it was my privilege to work with Karan Sir. He is a very down-to-earth person who gave me complete freedom to express myself and help me put in my effort in the role I played. Whenever I needed him, he helped me. Noticing every mistake of mine minutely, he corrected me in every step. I think that his constant help helped me grow every single day.
I am a Punjabi munda who loves doing comedy cameos. It is my sincere wish to do a role akin to what Akshay Kumar did in Singh Is King.
That’s all for now guys, this is Sahil Anand taking your leave with a promise of talking to you soon.
