MUMBAI: The upcoming track of ZEE TV's popular serial 'KumKum Bhagya' will showcase an interesting twist and turn.
It seems Prachi is very frustrated and very angry when she fails with major pain in the stomach.
Prachi throws away her earring when Ranbir comes and helps Prachi to lift the same.

Ranbir gives her the earring and asks Prachi to not get angry and they can live happily away.
Prachi feels delighted to hear this when Ranbir pacifies her.
