But the twist in the story comes here when the doctor asks the Chavan’s to get the injection for Virat and this injection is actually later brought by Sai.
Sai becomes a saviour to Virat when she comes with the injection and proves that she really loves Virat.
Later, the same family members who had accused Sai, will finally bow down before her for saving Virat.
