We have exclusively learned that Abhishek Patel has been roped in for the web series Avrodh Season 2. Yes, you heard right. The actor, who is known for his contribution to some good projects in the past, will now star in this web series.
Well, detailed information about the character he will be playing is still awaited, but we look forward to seeing what he has to offer in this upcoming web series.
The web series will be directed by Raj Acharya, who has earlier directed the first season of the same show. The other star cast includes Amit Sadh, Vikram Gokhale, Neeraj Kabhi, Darshan Kumar, Ananth Narayan Mahadevan, and Madhurima Tuli.
On the work front, Abhishek Patel will be seen in the web series Rudra: The Edge of Darkness. It is a psychological crime thriller that is based on the British TV show Luther. The show features Ajay Devgn, Esha Deol, and Raashi Khanna in the leading roles. The other cast and crew member includes Atul Kulkarni, Ashwini Kalsekar, Luke Kenny, Ashish Vidyarthi, and a few others. Abhishek had played the role of an ATS Agent in the Second Season of 24. The web series was helmed by director Abhinay Deo. The web series also saw Anil Kapoor, Ashish Vidyarthi, Surveen Chawla, Sikandar Kher, Sakshi Tanwar, and Sudhanshu Pandey in pivotal roles. He has also worked in the film The Nincompoops which was directed by Satish Torani. He has also been a part of Terence Lewis's dance troop for four years.
