Kumkum Bhagya star Shabir Ahluwalia's show a bit delayed? Fans have to keep patience.
Oh no! Kumkum Bhagya fame Shabir Ahluwalia's new show with Yash Patnaik delayed?

MUMBAI: Shabir Ahluwalia association with the daily soap Kumkum Bhagya ended a few weeks ago. The actor has put down his papers and decided to move on in his career.

He is all set to step out of the shadow of the role and, in fact, is all set to be a part of another show. He will be playing the male lead in producer Yash Patnaik's upcoming show.

Sources suggest that the show is set to be a love story set in Punjab and the actor will play the hero. The casting for the female lead is still in progress and it is said that a fresh girl will be cast.

Now, a portal has stated, "Fans of Shabir Ahluwalia have to be a bit patient. He is relaxing right now. The shoot has not started. It will go on air only from May 2022. The promo might come out in April. The story is set in Punjab and he is playing a very powerful character."

Shabir will be a part of an ensemble of good actors on the show, which is a family drama. Shabir fans spared no effort to blast Kumkum Bhagya makers for the dull and unceremonious end given to the characters of Pragya (Sriti Jha) and Abhi (Shabir Ahluwalia).

The actor debuted with the show Hip Hip Hurray, but gained recognition from the television show Kahiin to Hoga. Apart from this, Ahluwalia has acted in many television series such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (2002) Kya Hadsaa Kya Haqeeqat (2003), Kahi To Milenge (2002), Kkavyanjali (2005), Kasamh Se (2006), Kasautii Zindagii Kay (2007), Kayamath (2008), and Laagi Tumse Lagan.
