EXCLUSIVE! Ram Leela actor Gireesh Sahdev, Pia Tripathi and Sandeep Shridhar roped in for Sony TV's Crime Patrol 2.0

Sony TV is set to launch Crime Patrol 2.0 in the next few days. The series presents dramatized versions of crime cases that occurred in India. Gireesh Sahdev, Pia Tripathi and Sandeep Shridhar are all set to be a part of the series.

MUMBAI: TellyChakkar is back with yet another interesting update from the world of television. 

The year 2022 has kickstarted with a bang with a lot of television shows launching on various channels. 

Sony TV has already rolled out so many news shows in the past two months. 

And now, the channel is gearing up for another one soon. 

Whenever we hear about the crime drama series, Sony TV's Crime Patrol is one which we all remember. 

The show has successfully launched 6 seasons and is all set to be back once again with a new season.

The ardent viewers will once again see Crime Patrol back on-screen. 

Sony TV is set to launch Crime Patrol 2.0 in the next few days. 

We had previously reported about actors like Smita Sharan and Karan Sharma being a part of the show. 

And now, TellyChakkar has exclusively learned that actor Gireesh Sahdev, Pia Tripathi and Sandeep Shridhar will be seen in the show. 

Gireesh is well-known for his roles in several TV shows like Khichdi, Divya Drishti, Aladdin - Naam Toh Suna Hoga among others. 

He has also starred in movies like Goliyon Ki Rasleela - Raam Leela, Holiday, Rustom among others. 

TellyChakkar also exclusively learned that actors Smita Sharan and Karan Sharma have been roped in to play pivotal roles. 

Anup Soni has successfully hosted the show's several seasons. 

However, Crime Patrol 2.0 will not see any host. 

The makers have changed the format of the show for this season.  

The series presents dramatized versions of crime cases that occurred in India. 

Crime Patrol 2.0 will hit the small screens on 7th March.
