MUMBAI: There was a time when Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan were trending all over social media. The two first confessed having a crush over each other, came for a movie together, were spotted a lot together, and even ended up doing a movie. However, they soon unfollowed each other on social media. Sara and Kartik wished to focus more on their professional life, and this is reportedly another reason why they have decided to end their affair.
Sara had then graced The Kapil Sharma Show with her co-star Varun Dhawan. The duo talked about several things on the show, including Varun making fun of Sara's habit of posting photos of her juttis on Instagram. The actress, in her conversation, revealed that she started to tag Varun on her jutti photos because he used to make fun of her. Immediately after, Varun said that every time she tagged him on social media, there was a certain someone who got angry.
"Aur tab ye jab mujhe tag karti thi, koi aur gussa hota tha," said the actor. Without mincing her words, Sara replied saying those days are gone and that there's no one who would be angry with her now.
"Haan toh chod na... wo toh din gaye, ab koi nahi hoga gussa," she said, adding, "Ek aur taali, ispe toh banti hai. Ab hum aapko chhoo sakte hai." Sara's spontaneous remark left Varun laughing.
The two-year-old video is now going viral on social media with several netizens asking if Sara's statement was meant for Kartik Aaryan. It is to be noted that while Sara and Kartik's Love Aaj Kal released on February 14, 2020, Coolie No. 1 released in December in the same year.
Have a look.
On the work front, Sara will be seen next in Laxman Utekar's upcoming film opposite Vicky Kaushal. There have been reports claiming the film is a sequel to the Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon-starrer 'Luka Chhupi'. She even wrapped up the shooting of Utekar’s next with Vicky in Indore.
