MUMBAI: MTV Roadies is one of the longest-running and most viewed reality shows. This youth show has an immense fan following, and many dream about becoming a Roadie.
However, being a Roadie is not a piece of cake. Right from the group interviews to personal interview rounds, it takes a lot to be on the journey of being a Roadie and win the title.
This year, the concept has been changed. The life of the show, Ranvijay will not be part of the show. The actor will be replaced by Sonu Sood.
Prince Narula, Nikhil, Neha, and Raftar, who were the gang leaders on the show, will not be seen anymore as the whole concept of gang leaders has been done away with.
The makers of the show have already flown down to South Africa. Finally, the new season has gone on air.
This season, it’s going to ex-contestants vs new contestants. One new roadie contestant will pair up with an ex-contestant to perform the task.
Two groups have been formed: Team Loyalty and Team Brown Munde.
The first three episodes have been very interesting. The contestants are going all out to give their best on the show.
Kevin and Basser had an argument, while Sapna and Angad and Kavya and Siddarth are in the danger zone.
Sapna Malik and Angad Bawa (Loyalty Team) and Kavya Khurana and Sidharth Manoj (Team Brown Munde) were voted out by the contestants, but with the twist that they would have to perform the elimination task and collect 5000 Roadium points.
Sapna and Angad already have 3000 points, whereas Kavya and Sidharth have 750 points.
Simi backstabbed Team Loyalty and gave 300 points to Kavya and Sidharth since she is good friends with Sidharth.
In the upcoming episode, Sapna and Angad and Kavya and Siddarth will perform the elimination task, and whoever wins the task will be saved and the other will get eliminated.
As per sources, Sapna and Angad might have been eliminated from the show, though there is no confirmation on the same.
Well, if there is any truth to the news, then it's highly shocking and a huge downfall for the loyalty team.
