MUMBAI: Swaran Ghar is produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey’s Dreamiyata Productions. It explores the strained equations between parents and children. Ravi and Sargun's first production 'Udaariyaan' on the same channel is working wonders on the small screens.

Currently, Nakul, Yug, and Vikram challenge Swaran to get at least 3 tenants in 3 days. Swaran accepts the challenge.
Later, Swaran gets Mickey and her daughter as her tenants. Swaran also gets her second tenant, Niyamat, her lawyer.
On the other hand, Ajit leaves his house and family behind for their safety.
In the upcoming episode, Swaran scolds Ajit for staying at a dhaba and not even informing her about his living situation.
Ajit tells her that he didn’t want to make her feel sad.
On the other hand, Nakul tells Vikram and Yug that Niyamat is not going to become Swaran’s tenant and that she only has 18 hours until she loses the challenge.
